    Xbox One Preview Program Beta Problems


    I have been waiting 4 days for my token, and i have gone to support 4 times, and they have said for me to wait 24 hrs each time, and i still have not gotten my Token received in the message that it is supposed to be received in.

    Xbox One Preview Program Beta Problems

    If your on about the preview dashboard, you open the message then you can install the app once done open the app you will see report a problem on the right, open that and you are prompted to install the give feedback app, once done you can find this on
    the page you go to when shutting down your console with the controller.

    No, I had got invited to the beta by 3 friends, and support would say that after 24hrs, I would receive my invite to the beta.

    They have said it 4 times, and no message

    Update Issue on Xbox 360 S

    LowerEastSide24, the last public update was on Dec 11 2014. Either your hard drive (or internal 4gb storage) is failing and causing the xbox unable to read that it has the update or you are in the preview program which had an update on March 31st.

    If you are part of the preview program, you should be posting in the preview program forums. The preview program is about beta testing and problems can arise. It's part of the risk in partaking in a beta.

    If you are not part of the preview program then you have an obvious hard ware failure somewhere.

    By joining the preview program and installing the preview firmware, you have effectively signed up to beta-test future firmware updates, and you will encounter bugs sooner or later. It is recommended to take your problem to the preview program forum to see
    if they can help you.
