Xbox One Preview Program 1610

I know that this is the wrong section to post in. But, I cannot find or reach links to the Xbox Insider Hub or Preview Program for Xbox One System Updates. I got off of Xbox Support and have a Case file marked: 1380677---. I put in two 14-day gold trial
cards. The first one I thought was for a specific game and then entered the other one. I do have Gold, but I cannot go into parties or play multiplayer. I have reset my Xbox, cleared my alt mac, restarted my Xbox, and in the "process" of removing this stupid
preview program. I filed a report and so did the Support agent. My concern now is gaining back the possible Gold Trial. But more importantly, getting this post into the correct forum page. So if someone can help me with that, that would be great. Thank you.

But I can tell you that not everyone that is in preview was moved to 1610 - only a small percentage was moved over to the newest build.

trial cards cannot be stacked nor does it give you gold

Also to be an ambassador you need to be gold

 

When I put the code in, it said that it gave me Gold. I'm also not an Ambassador, but I am in the preview program. I am registered as Preview Ring 4. The code expires on the 15th but does not allow me to play multiplayer or join parties like it should. Instead,
it allows me to play Games with Gold. I also explained why I put two codes in if you were reading it, I put the second one in because I thought the first one was for a specific game and disallowed me from playing normally. I also have some pictures I took
today to show what appears.

 

Update: I do not have access to the 1610 preview forum and I am now unregistering from the preview program. My account has gold until the 15th but cannot use parties nor multiplayer. I have made a new account and put a 2-day trial on it that came from a
friend. The code appeared different on this account as it read as a Product of Gold vs it reading as a 48-day trial on my other account. So until this is fixed, I am going to use the other account for gold. Bump this in the 1610 forum for me please as it must
be addressed to the people in charge of the Preview Program. My name is Blank and I wish you guys a good night.
