Xbox One Preview new operating system

Is anyone else with the new preview operating system having connection issues? We can stream Netfix and other videos. We've checked router speeds. Our Xbox 360s run fine. However since downloading it, we're kicked out of parties and games. Again we've
tested the internet speeds. When we've tried to go to the special forum it says it is not available.

Help!! This is ruining ouBattlefront experience!

Xbox One Operating System is? There's different menus for some more recent versions (in preview), so I want to make sure which one we're working with.

It needs a full reset because the preview is using an entirely different operating system from the old one. The old operating system needs to be re-installed.

 

If you are playing with people that do not have the NXE then that could be part of your problem. Try doing a hard reset of your system and that may fix it and make sure you report it to the proper preview forum.

 

We've done the hard reset. We can't get to the proper forum. It says it isn't available.

A lot of the issues you describe are known issues of the preview's new UI and can be reported via the feedback function if you hold down the Xbox button on your controllee. Furthermore, the Battlefront beta is a beta, with its own set of bugs and crashes
that are independent of the new preview Ui (with the latter becoming more frequent on the last day of the beta due to stress testing, as announced by the game's devs).
