Xbox one preview member purchasing and bonus content problems

I have purchased the pre order bundle for dishonored 2 that comes with dishonored 1 definitive edition and I am yet to receive it I have pre ordered many games as a preview member and less then a month ago I purchased the same deal were you pre order south
park a fractured but whole and I received stick of truth immiedietly without issue. The only difference between when I preordered South Park bundle and the dishonored 2 bundle was the preview update that changed the software of my xbox to make it more accessible
and organized. I have always been a preview member and never had long lasting issues just small annoyances that since you listen to your fans have been squished or at least hidden so I would appreciate any help on the matter please and thank you. Hopefully
his works out and I don't only get the one game I paid for

DOOM Bonus Content

I have not received any bonus content for purchasing DOOM on xbox one. I was directed here by a customer service rep and have a reference number if needed. Thanks.

Do you use the preview version?

 

I do have the newest preview update on my console and still have not received dishonored definitive edition I have searched it by its self in the Xbox console store and went to it through the Microsoft store still nothing.

 

This is a new type of pre-order that you will pay only a few days before release. I will cancel it and pre-order using xbox.com. Will let you know if it works.

I have contacted support to cancel my pre-order, even that is difficult, they do not see it in their list, so can' t cancel. Told me it can take a few days, will keep you inform. I did not understand why they asked you to create a new thread, for me it's
important in a forum to know we are not alone with the same issue. We are from the same country having the same issue with a preview console.

 

Thank you so much and I thought that was the point of forums was to find people having similar issues to help not single us out into different threads and If this works for you I will cancel the order also because when I was on the phone a worker explained
I would have to contact Microsoft store over licensing issues but he said he could cancel my order right there I was still hoping that somehow I would get the game eventually but that does not seem plausible since it's taken a week and your the only person
to help
