Xbox One Preview member - no access to preview forums

Hi,

I've been in the preview for a few weeks, but I am still getting a "group not found" error when trying to access the preview forums.

Any help would be most appreciated,

Unable to Access Preview Forums

I am a preview member with no access to the preview forums.

At the moment all you can do is wait for a support staff member to come and give you access manually.

The Xbox One Preview Forum it's only accesible for the Preview Members.

Some of your friends wich are already Preview Members can send you an invitation to access the program.

Indeed, the above response is correct. For access to the actual preview forum, normally you should be able to be directed using this link:

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-update-preview-faq

and select "Xbox Early Access forum ". That wil allow access if you are a verified preview member. If it does not, a moderator on the forums should be able to assist you on this. The support are only able to see whether you are a verified preview member
