    The code that I received via message on Xbox One from Xbox Live doesn't work. Can I get a new one?

    Do you think Preview members will get invites to The Division beta?

    Not really. We got Evolve Alpha codes as a gift (no early access, just access to the closed alpha) and we got Halo 5 MP beta for a couple days a week before everyone else for testing purposes.

    Hey, so I pre-ordered Evolve for Xbox One and I got the alpha code today, but haven't opened my Xbox yet. So I entered the code on the website and it said I now have the Evolve alpha, but I'm not sure if I will actually get it when the alpha comes out. Do

    I email 2K customer service and they gave me a new code. The new code isn't working either Xbox One Preview member, Evolve Alpha code doesn't work :(

    Hey everyone!

    The Evolve Alpha code requires a Xbox Live Gold membership, without a Gold Membership you will be unable to use the Evolve Alpha code. If you already have a Gold Membership and are unable to use the code please let us know. Thanks!

    How to download beta/alpha games while away from the console?

    I can 100% confirm it should work with alphas. I redeemed my code for the evolve one on the xbox.com site while at work and by the time i got home from work it was already downloaded and ready to go.

    You have to be in the insider preview to download the avatar beta app. It works on the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. It is not rolled out by console model but by which Insider Preview ring you are in. It has now been rolled out to all
    rings.

    Insider Preview has Alpha Skip Ahead, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omega rings. Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha are invite only from the development team. You can use any Xbox One family of console in any of the rings.
