Xbox One Preview Member Console Allready Registered?

Hello All,

I am a long time Xbox live memeber and I was recently invited by a friend to join the preview program. I have downloaded the app and I have the preview icon on my cosole. When I click on the icon, I get a message saying that the console has allready been
registered. Im pretty sure it's because I bought a used console. I contacted Xbox support by phone and they told me to post my issue hear, to get the console registered to my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Preview Program

I am a preview member but I am not able to be registered on my xbox one console or access the preview forums. please help.

Getting an error code while trying to update system

Since you are a member of the Xbox One Preview Program, please post all preview related issues over in our Preview Program forums. Also, be sure to report any issues you find
using the Feedback app on your Xbox One console.

What is the next update & Version for Preview Members Available or Xbox Preview Dashboard Updated after the 27/04/2016 Version th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900 was successfully updated on my Xbox One Console. Are the Updates for Xbox Preview Dashboard Updates
for all Registered Preview Members Automatically installed every month or 2 months.

I was accepted into the Xbox preview program but when i downloaded the app it said that this app is for xbox preview members only when i try to register my console.

If there's no option to unregister & re register the console then just wait until an official xbox support staff member see's this & can grant you access to the preview forums.
