XBOX ONE PREVIEW MEMBER BUT NO XBL MESSAGE OR ANY DOWNLOAD LINK ON XBOX ONE RECEIVED AFTER ...

I have received an invite and am currently a member of XBOX Preview but I have yet to get an XBOX LIVE message with a link to download the Preview Update/Dashboard on my XBOX ONE no clue as to why this is as I was invited about a month or so ago.

xbox preview program problem, please help.

Hi, so I called microsoft support today and they said I am confirmed xbox preview member however I've received no message on xbl or email. Just to clarify it has been over a month now, any help is appreciated.

 

Preview Member but no Notification Sent

I was made a Preview Member about 1 month ago, I called up Xbox Support and they checked XCP and verified I was a Preview Member. Initially I was asked to wait 72 hours for a notification to be sent to my Xbox One. I waited a week and still had not received
a Notification for the link to the Preview Dashboard App. It has now been one month since I verified membership and checked my notification every other day. Should I still be waiting for the the notification or......?

At the moment, there is a possible backlog of invitations to be sent out. You should eventually get the message, but I would recommend waiting for a support staff member to grant you access to the private preview program forums, so that you can ask there.

@StickyBeast - Invites to the preview program are not given out over the forums. You will need a friend who is already in the program to invite you.
