Xbox One Preview forum access

I was told to post here by xbox support. I am currently enrolled in the preview program and do not have access to the private forum. I need help because I was selected for the NXOE update and I have been stuck on applying update for over 4 hours now. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you don't have access to the preview forums yet. However, others have posted that power cycling the console off and unplugging the cable from the power brick then unplugging the kinect and external drive has helped.

In the meantime be patient and one of the support agents should post back letting you know when you get permission to access them.

Hey DLG,

as onyx posted above - the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see your message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.
