    Xbox One Preview Dashboard Unaccessible (Contacted Support)


    Hello, I was invited to the Xbox Preview Program and when I downloaded the app, it said the console was already registered to another account. So, I called support and fter providing serial number information and such the tech said he would send me an email
    with a link on how to get access to the app on my Xbox One. The link didn't have anything helpful, sent me to Preview Program FAQs and I can't access the private Preview forums.

    What can I do? =(

    I am in the Xbox One Preview program, but I didn't get the message with the link to download the Preview Dashboard app, probably because of my privacy settings.

    And I am not able to access the Xbox Early Access forum too.

    I contacted Support and they told me to post here.

    Is your account part of the dashboard preview thing? It won't work unless your account is connected to it.

    See if you have access to the Preview Program Support forums. If not, hang tight and wait for an Xbox Support member to verify your program status and then they should be able to grant you access to the forums if you don't already have
    access. Since this is a preview program related issue, the team there will need to help you out with the problem.

    Hello @Ayo iTz Penguin may I remind you that these support forums are monitored as you have purchased the games through a 3rd party you must contact the sellers and as EggsBoxJuan has already stated some games purchased on the latest preview update will
    be unaccessible but the games should unlock again for you once the the latest system update rolls out to the public

    I really wouldn't say that your error has anything to do with the dashboard preview. Go contact support.
