    Xbox One Preview Dashboard Removal


    1. Please remove my old gamer tag Jett7531 from the dashboard preview beta. I no longer have access to the Jett7531 account.

    2. Also, please unregister the console from the beta program as well.

    What program are you talking about? If it is the preview program then you would request removal via the preview dashboard on the console

    Xbox One Preview Dashboard Removal

    Hi there you can do this yourself by accessing the dashboard preview app, by selecting unenroll so when the next preview update rollsout you wont recieve it.

    It doesn't give me that option to unregister since i'm on a new account and don't have access to the old gamertag. I've tried to enroll the new account and it tells me that console is registered to a different gamertag (my old gamertag)

    Hi Stl - I'm going to post this issue to the Preview Forums for you, since you won't have access to those forums on your new Tag. I got help for someone else with this issue (he had bought a second-hand Xbox One which was preview-registered to the previous
    owner.) Eventually someone was able to assist in getting it taken care of.

    Hope this helps - I'll let you know when I hear anything back!

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.
