Xbox One Preview Dashboard!/Registration Problems!

I got a message from Xbox Live about the Preview Dashboard about a week ago. I installed it and everything. When i try to open it, it says "Sorry, this console is already registered to another account" I bought the Xbox One off of a friend months ago. Is
there a way i can register the xbox to me so i can use this app and any features that requires it to be registered?

The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

currently the latest xbox one experience is opt in only, You can opt thru the registration tile in the preview dashboard app.

it seems that your friend didn't unregister the console from the preview. If he still has an Xbox One console he should be able to unregister it for you, if not then he should login to your console with his xbox live account, start the registration app and
he should be able to unenroll the console.

After the console was succesfully unenrolled (this may take until the end of the current preview wave (April) you should be able to register it via your account.

 

I also have this same issue I bought my system used from gamestop and i'mgetting this same issue
