xbox one preview dashboard app not on my xbox one

Hello I am a xbox one preview customer and I do not have the xbox one dashboard app on my xbox one. I already tried to go to the Xbox Early Access forum but it says group not found. I have been a preview costumer for a while now.

Unable to access Preview Program forums

My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

 

June 15th Backwards compatibility for XBOX One preview dashboard?

If anyone can answer my question I would greatly appreciate it. I am a preview member on my Xbox 360 but the preview dashboard app is nowhere to be found on my Xbox one. Would my preview membership roll over to my Xbox one or not? Please help!

Very odd unless you were removed from the program which is a possibility. So you don't have the Xbox Preview Dashboard under your Apps? What about under Ready to install?

That links loads no problem for me with myself being in the program also.

It would appear that you were probably removed from the program at this point. You can reach out to Support to inquire why,

Hey there let me add on to this thank you for posting here a forum mod / staff member will grant you access to the preview forums so you can post there so at the moment please be patient.

Lets remove and re-add the profile to the console once done that should re-update your My games & apps section of the console.

(Settings - account - remove accounts)

 

I removed and re added my account but it has not re-updated my My games and apps section yet still no xbox one preview dashboard app.

 

and still can not get into xbox early access forums either.

 

A staff member usually would post saying that you have the access to the program so please be patient

To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

 

I guess I was wrong I am not part of the program for xbox one sorry
