Xbox One Preview App

Hi I signed up for the xbox previewer and it just says I'm enrolled and it's still pending. I would like to get signed up asap and was wondering how long it is supposed to take. Also while in support chat they sent me to the forums for the previewer but
it's saying it's locked and I can't get on? If it's possible for me to do anything to help speed up the process or if there is anything else on my end I need to do just let me know. I would like to be able to test the updates like the rest of my friends are.
I did sign up before but stopped because no one else was doing it and I was told I can only play with people that had the update. Would you be able to let me know if that's true or if I'll be able to play with anyone whether they are in the preview or not?

Sorry you're having issues getting to your preview app. If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.
