Xbox One Preview App (Stopped Getting Updates)

Hello,

I am a member of the Xbox One Preview Member and was receiving updates. Now, I am no longer receiving updates or can access any of the stuff that I had access to before. I'm not sure what happened. I was trying to take some of the surveys and do the "quests"
but its telling me to register again.

Can someone help me?

I'm not getting the June preview updates?

I've been in the preview program since it started. For some reason I stopped getting updates this month. The Xbox review app and registration app says join. Why would I join when I'm already in it? Once I click it, it doesn't do anything... I can't
check my preview points or do the surveys nothing. I hope they aren't lost since how would that be possible?

I left a post in preview forums and I'm not getting any reply. I used support chat and they can't help I phoned support and they can't help.

Preview app stuck at 99% says installation stopped and have 0x87de0a9f error code when i try to finish the update/installation.

 

Hi Marcus,

if you post your problem over in the preview program Registration Support forum they should be able to let you know whats happened and possibly re-register you if necessary.

If you have problems accessing that link then just post back here and the main forum support team will be able to grant you access - though it might not be immediate so please be patient!
