Xbox One Preview App - Problems

I keep getting an error with Xbox One Preview App - every time I open it, it freezes - my
case number 1273466037 - done all the steps etc.

Also stating my account was not yet reflecting on the preview update dashboard - any help would be nice - also I cannot access this part of the forums for some reason - I was given a link by Xbox Support to post. So I do not know if I will be able
to see the response (although email replies to this post is ticked). Please message me directly.

Problem with code redeemed for accessing Xbox One update preview

Hi, I am having problems, after I redeemed my code to download the Xbox One update preview app.

After the redemption of the code, nothing happened, it didn't download the Xbox One update preview app.

Can someone help me?

Xbox Dashboard Issues

Since updating my Xbox to the preview dashboard app I've noticed significant problems with my Xbox. My Xbox can take up to 10 minutes to launch a game or app if it launches at all. I had no issues before I downloaded the preview app. Is there anything I
can do to help fix this?

 

Sorry to hear it. If you haven't already please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

If that doesn't work then please find a post by UrbanizedTree on the forums here and send him a pm about the issue by clicking on the envelope icon underneath his gamertag.

 

Still having problems, UrbanizedTree did not get back to me although I sent the person a pm.

I cannot view the preview forums and also cannot load the preview app on the xbox one.

If anyone can please help let me know
