Xbox One Preview Activation

I am creating this post as instructed by Xbox Support.

I have been a member of the preview program for a long time. Receiving the early updates on Xbox One as well as previously on Xbox 360, and also having access to the preview forums. I currently do not have access to the forums anymore, and I do not have
the Xbox One Preview app.

As referred by Xbox Support, I need my account to be reactivated for the preview program.

Thanks but i've been waiting for quite some time now and still didn't get anything so i'm startin to think I won't get an invite

Hi yannick1402,

Congratz on getting your invite to the Preview Program! After you get your invite, give the system a few days to send you out your invite. After you receive the message on your Xbox, follow the directions, and then you'll be all set to start trying
out all the previews!

This is something that only the preview support team can help you with, but since you don't have access to the preview forums, you will have to wait for a support staff member to manually give you access to those forums.

Yes, that is what the support rep explained to me. I was directed to make a post, with that title specifically, because the preview support team checks the forums every 24 hours. This was explained to me as the best way to resolve the issue.

I have also a problem with the Xbox One Preview, I got invite to the program and download the app, follow the steps and register my console, and it still shows on pending even thru the time frame has pass and I should have got my Xbox One updated. Also when
I'm trying to enter the forums I'm not allowed.

Any help please?

 

i have been waiting now for around 5 days and still nothing, i have rang MS and it says there end i have been invited but still no message come through

@DylanBarajas - A support member should be able to manually give you access to those forums. You may also not receive any updates until the next preview wave, sometime in July.

@xMarkyyyyx - Being invited can usually mean that you have to wait longer than 5 days. Due to the amount of people trying to join, it might take even longer, and there's no guarantee that you'll be accepted.

You should be able to access the Preview Forum now. When you get a chance, make a post in the Preview Forum so that the proper folks can address the issue.
