XBOX ONE - Předplatné problém. XBOX ONE-Subscription problem.

Dobrý den.

Mám následující problém a absolutně si nevím rady jak dál postupovat. Prosím tímto o radu jak se z této situace dostat, protože po přečtení všech FAQ a nápověd Microsoft nejsem moudrý.

Jedná se o následující situaci :

Před měsícem jsem si koupil Game Pass kupon na jeden měsíc. Na konzoli jsem jej však uplatnil tak, že jsem jeho hodnotu, tj. 259 ,- Kč nabil na peněženku Microsoft. Nevadí..dal jsem tedy uhradit službu touto cestou a na konci procesu, kdy se mě systém ptal,
jak budu platit další období, zadal možnost přes paypal účet.

Pravý problém nastal tento měsíc, kdy jsem na účtu neměl dostatečnou hotovost a platba neproběhla (9.9.2018). Některé hry tudíž bez předplatného nebylo možné spustit Nic zlého netuše, koupil jsem další Game pass kupon a na konzoli jej uplatnil, aby si děti
mohli dál hrát. To bylo 11.9.2018.

Včera tj 15. září v noci se mi najednou strhla ona neproběhla platba z 9.9.2018. To mě následně vytočilo, protože zrovna na rozhazování nemám..řekl jsem fajn..nic dalšího nezaplatím..odešla 2x platba v jednom měsíci. Přihlásil jsem na svůj účet Microsoft,
šel do sekce spravování předplatného atd.

A teď ten hlavní problém. V sekci jsem se dočetl že platba toho 9.9.2018 neproběhla a je v prodlení..(přitom 15.09.2018 si ji opakovaně strhli znova)..to mě už vytočilo doběla..takže já zaplatím kupon a následně si ji ještě strhnou znovu a nejhorší je, že
GAME PASS od dnešního ráno, tj. 16. 09.2018 nefunguje. Společnost Microsoft nyní má mých 500 Kč a já nemám žádnou službu a ještě mi účet tvrdí že jim 259 ,- dlužím !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jak mám prosím tuto situaci řešit, když se na jejich linku nelze dovolat a na tu placenou volat nehodlám, abych tam nechal skoro 6 Kč za minutu a provolal další majlant.

participating again and the worst is that GAME PASS from today morning, ie. 16.09.2018 does not work. Microsoft now has my 500 and I have no service and I still have an account claiming to them 259,-I owe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What should I do to address this situation when the line cannot be reached and I am not going to call that paid to leave almost CZK 6 per minute and call another fortune.

Helo i have Same problém but only on my Xbox 360 profile on Xbox one profil working normaly only i cant connect online on backward compatible games. yes and i cant redownload 360 profil.

That likely needs sorted to solve the problems you are experiencing.

If you are also using prepaid codes alongside a renewing subscription those will not work together, in that case it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Microsoft Support Chat) to see how to get it resolved and if double payments were made, refunded
where possible.

Le cache est vidé tout les jours.

Retroarch marchait trés bien avant.

Je ne suis pas le seul a avoir ce probléme,sur un discord XBOX,d'autre personnes parlent de ce probléme.
