Xbox one predictive text auto-highlighted on 'redeem a code' page

Hello

I purchased a code for a game which I am trying to redeem through the 'Redeem a code' page on the xbox one.

I can enter the first letter of the code fine, but then predictive text appears at the top of the keyboard and the selector automatically highlights the first prediction. If I press the down on my controller to try to get to a key on the virtual keyboard,
the selector immediately returns to the first predicted word again before I can select a key, so I am unable to enter my code to redeem my game.

Is there a way that the predictive text can be switched off?

I'm sorry, but I don't believe you can turn predictive text off on your Xbox, you could try to find a tutorial on the help app on your Xbox One.

Predictive text is only suggesting words...it's not auto populating the text box. You don't have you to use it but you cannot turn it off.

On the rewards page, go to your Order history. There you should see the auto-redeem and the ability to get the code. Mine never applies automatically and I have to manually redeem the code shown there.

The Xbox keyboard does use predictive text when you are typing. Have you entered prepaid codes on your account before? The console may be predicting old codes that you have previously entered. Generally, the console will automatically highlight the
large pin from the last application that was used with your profile. We suggest
checking your console for any updates. Be sure to let us know the results xbxgmr24!

I would be very surprised if it was predicting old codes that have previously been entered.
