Xbox One Powers On, but won't boot

Since a few preview program updates ago, My xbox started to have issues. It got to the point where digital games would skip, lag, and would take forever to load. The console would even freeze, and hardlock. Two or so days after an update the console frooze
and once I rebooted, the console would power up, but do nothing more.

I'm thinking the hard drive has died. I did the diagnostic tool, and got to the dashboard, but that didn't last long before the console frooze again.

Anything else I can try? Does it sound like a hard drive issue?

In case anyone is having the same problem and can't find a solution I have this to say. It's most likely the hard drive. It was in my case. The hard drive just died and was making the weird noises (not the fan). You can request a repair to change the hard
drive or do it yourselfs if you are brave enough and out of warranty with a little help from the internet. The hard drive was of a good brand too it's not like Microsoft wanted to save big cash and put a cheap one inside so I guess I can't really blame them.

Hello. As the title says when i press the ON button both the button and the power supply lights become white but I have no signal, my controller does not connect and the fan makes some weird noises. I think I have tried all of the
solutions with the button pressing and the usb drive but nothing seems to work for me. I have my console for 2 years, I have never pushed the machine very hard and I can't fathom how it broke in just 2 years. Is there any solution I might be missing or a cause
for this problem?
