Xbox One Power Supply will not work

My Xbox One has worked perfectly fine until the 27th of September. When I plug in power supply in, the light would be orange, but after that, the white light would blink and then it would turn off. I have contacted Microsoft Support about the issue and they
said I might have to send it in so it could be replaced or get fixed. Does anybody have suggestions before I consider sending it in?

Wait, is the console turning on and then turning off? Or is the console not even turning on? Because if it turns on, and then off, you have to send your console in. If it doesn't turn on, then its the power supply. Sadly though, you do have to send something
in for repair. Hope this helps OP

before you do a repair order on the Power Supply unit. Plug it into a different power outlet and do not use a serge protector, plug it directly into the wall, If it still does not work on another outlet, then you may need to get it repaired.

This is weird my power supply unit has the same problem, the same day ... i let the thing unplugged for a couple of days and then plug the power supply again and it works fine for two days ..... today it die again.

Anyone experience this kind of issue with the power supply unit?

how do you solve it (without sending the thing to the customer support, because i think i will need to do that at the end)?

Unfortunately there will be no other solution then have the power supply serviced.

You do not need a power converter.

Now, if that doesn’t work, it may be time to replace your power supply. I purchased a refurbished one from Amazon. My Xbox works like new, now.

I don't think there is any known issues with the power supply on Xbox One, can you please

follow this guide to try to work out if your power supply is faulty.

Xbox One consoles purchased in europe come supplied with a 220-240v power supply and North America uses the 110v system so if you replace the power supply for your console it should then work.

If you do not want to replace the power supply then the new Xbox One S console supports both 110v and 220v.
