Xbox one power supply run around

I have been getting the run around about my power supply for too long! Why does Xbox makes its so difficult to get back what you pay your hard earned money for? I spend over $400 on my Xbox one and I can't receive my power supply to play my Xbox one this
is so frustrating to say the least! It's an outrage that a person pay so much money for a console & it's difficult to receive what you have paid for. Something need to be done about this because the service is very very terrible when it come to matter such
as this I give Xbox my business my money but they want to take their precious time. Has anyone ever experience this & if so how long did it take mind you I am still under warranty and all I can do is just look at my Xbox one it's ridiculous how terrible the
service is I have never had this issue with original Xbox or Xbox 360.

AC power standard to the DC power required by the console. An Xbox One power supply designed to run in a 240v region will provide the correct DC power to the console.

Note that the Xbox One power supplies are not worldwide compatible from an AC input perspective. A US power brick will not work in a 240v region.

So right now I live oversea's(Italy) and i own an American spec. xbox one. Concerning the power supply if im to purchase a 240v power supply would the console run properly or is the system only designed to run off of one voltage.

 

Go on amazon and order a third party power supply for around $20 and use it until you get your official one back. Then either return the third party one or trade it in to Gamestop. It's what I had to do when my power supply died right before Titanfall came
out.

 

^^ Not the best advice,3rd party power bricks can cause damage to your console & are not worth the risk.

Op,everytime I've had to ship something off for repair it's been a 7 working day turnaround apart from 2006/07,then it was much longer.

For me, the only time that buying a 3rd party product is recommended are for controllers that kids are going to use (because they constantly drop, step on, and sit on them).

You're just going to have to be patient it takes a while for your package to come in the mail from Xbox Support. I feel your pin I had to send my Xbox 360 in for repairs a while back and I had nothing to play for weeks.

I feel your pain because I still have the Original Design Xbox 360 with the 20GB HDD and I have gone through the following....

2 Defective DVD Drives

4 Red Rings Of Death

.........

The Xbox 360 that is out now is the 7th console and the 8th (barely used) is in storage
