    XBox one power supply replacement

    Hello

I am posting here because I am running into a brick wall following the instructions on this site: http://winsupersite.com/xbox-one/how-purchase-additional-xbox-one-power-supply.

I'll start from the beggining, I bought a XBox one refurbished a couple of weeks ago, I am in Uruguay and the power voltage here is 220V, I was setting it up, and the store forgot to tell me and I, like a *** forgot to check that the power supply voltage
was 110V, long story short the PSU blew but the console is fine.

Turns out the store gives you a generic one free of charge, but it's this crappy one https://www.amazon.com/VERSION-Tais...-1-spons&keywords=xbox+one+power+supply&psc=1 and
    it's loud.

Now, as I was saying, I was trying to buy an original replacement from Microsoft following the instructions at https://myservice.xbox.com/ , but when I reach the point of choosing "Select accesory
type" and I pick "Power Supply", I click continue and and the next step called: "Select a service type" I get the following message:

    "

    No Records Found
If you find no offers available for your out of warranty device, please visit your preferred retailer to purchase a replacement."
So I can't progress any further, any help would be appreciated.
Otherwise I will have to try to get this one https://www.amazon.com/Ortz®-Adapte...-2-spons&keywords=xbox+one+power+supply&psc=1 since
it has good reviews, but I'd rather get the original one
    Thank you

    :)

    Hi

The Xbox One S and Xbox One X both support 110v AC and 220v AC as for the original Xbox One with the separate power supply you will need to purchase a replacement power supply. To order a replacement power supply please use the link below and you should
be able to purchase the correct power supply.

    XBOX ONE DON'T POWER ON

    Hi

Xbox One consoles purchased in europe come supplied with a 220-240v power supply and North America uses the 110v system so if you replace the power supply for your console it should then work.

If you do not want to replace the power supply then the new Xbox One S console supports both 110v and 220v.

Xbox one Won't Turn back on

"The light on your power supply unit can give you a clue as to whether it’s working properly:

    -

Solid white or solid orange light: Your power supply is working. If your console won’t turn on, see Troubleshooting a blank TV or monitor with your Xbox One.

    -

Power supply displays no light: Your power supply may need to be replaced. Try the following solutions first:

    -

Plug your console’s power supply into a different electrical outlet. Do not use a surge protector.

If the unit is still not lit up, unplug the power supply and let it cool for 30 minutes. Then plug it back into the outlet.

If your power supply light is still unlit, the unit needs to be replaced. You can order a replacement Xbox One power supply unit from our Xbox Online Service Center. Console registration is required to replace the unit under warranty (the power supply warranty
is the same as your console warranty)."

    Problème alimentation [Translation-Power problem]

    Hi erwanrenard,

I'm sorry to hear that your Xbox does not power on. It sounds like the power supply unit needs to be replaced by what I've read so far. Unfortunately the original Xbox One and the power supply unit for the original Xbox One have been discontinued so there
won't be a way to get a repair or replacement from Microsoft for either the console or power unit.

Our suggestion would be to look for a pre-owned power supply unit to replace the one you have and that should power on the console. If a replacement power supply does not help, then you will need to buy a new console.
