    Xbox One power supply replacement issue


    I am trying to request a replacement power supply, but on step 4 of 5 on Device service and repair, and I added a credit card to the Add payment method, but the card will not show up. I have tried different credit cards but they don't work either. I have
    tried it on safari and on chrome but both don't work.

    The Xbox One S and Xbox One X both support 110v AC and 220v AC as for the original Xbox One with the separate power supply you will need to purchase a replacement power supply. To order a replacement power supply please use the link below and you should

    I'm having the same issue. i need a replacement power supply. i cant turn on my xbox one. i ordered mine through microsofts online store so i cant have bestbuy replacement.

    You might try FIrefox and see if that works.

    You can also contact Xbox Support and if you have your Xbox registered to your account they should be able to process the order for you as long as the card is tied to that same account.

    My Xbox One will not turn on

    It sounds like a power supply issue, i have the original Xbox one and i had an issue with the power supply not keeping the console on, i replaced it and it fixed it.

    Xbox will randomly shut off and lose all power

    When I've had this issue in the past (twice now) I've replaced the power supply and it's solved the issue. Thankfully I had an Xbox One, with the external power supply.

    You can order a replacement Xbox One power supply from the Xbox Online Service Center. Console registration is required to replace the power supply under warranty (the power supply warranty is the same as your console warranty).
