    I have a new problem. Every time I try to turn on the console touching the power button in front of the console, nothing happens. It does turn on via controller or pushing the eject button, but not power button. Any advice anyone?

    so is it normal for the power button to flash 3 times before it turns off?

    So to be more specific, all X1 consoles power button flash 3 times once you press it to turn off.

    Xbox One Power Button

    Turn Xbox off then unplug from mains 30 seconds power back up then power off then try console button if that doesn't work you best speak to support

    Like the above said but also try unplugging at the wall worked for me

    Turn Xbox off then unplug from mains 30 seconds power back up then power off then try console button if that doesn't work you best speak to support

    Everytime I press the power button to turn off the console it does flash a few times before going off. I wont say its normal but it does happen
