If it is an Xbox One S or X then it should work as these support multi voltages. If it is the original Xbox One that has a separate power brick then you will purchase a replacement power brick.

So there are options, but not directly from Microsoft. The Xbox One S and X have an internal power supply, so you can buy a replacement cord, but for the Original Xbox One they no longer service/replace/sell the power supply for that model.

You should never ever use any type of voltage converter with your console.

As the xbox one s has an internal power "brick" there is a switch on the console that you can use for the correct voltage for the country it's being used in.

If it is an S or X model, then you only need to change the cable to suit your power outlet and the internal supply will work across different voltages.
