Xbox One power brick light shuts off when plugged into console

Hello! Have you tried a hard reset?

Steps:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until the Xbox One completely shuts down
2. Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console’s power brick are off, disconnect the power brick from the back of your console
3. Wait at least 5 minutes
   
4. Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on

Try unplugging the power brick until orange light shuts off once that happens wait 3-4 minutes then plug the power brick back into the wall and into the console and see if this helps.

Hello! You could try to clear the cache of your console.

Steps:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until the Xbox One completely shuts down
2. Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console’s power brick are off, disconnect the power brick from the back of your console
3. Wait at least 30 seconds
4. Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on
   

When the console shuts its self off does it have any red lights/flashing red lights on the power brick (Big thing on the power cord) or the Xbox

It could be that the power supply is faulty, however there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to determine that: Your Xbox One console won't
turn on
