    Hi,

While playing the power of my xbox one went off suddenly and i could smell a transformer burn smell from it.

Now it doesnt turn on and whenever i try to do so, there a spark coming off it.

I am from India and bought the device from Amazon few months back, its in warrantly.

When i am trying to raise service order, it says :

"The accessory or device you are requesting is not available. Please contact Microsoft Support for assistance"

When i am calling, it goes to auto response and nothing happens.

Have been trying it since 3 days now.... Can someone please help !!

    :)

    Yes I did
If is a Xbox One FAT (the normal one) with the transformer that is out? you wont be able to get it to repair or getting directly from Microsoft, because
they dont anymore do repair or sell bricks (transformers for the one FAT). If you bought through amazon and have the warranty active you should contact amazon support.

Can you say if is this console you have it?

Is your console an "original" Xbox One with external power supply, or is it a Xbox One S or X model with internal power supply?

How do you try to raise the service order? Do you do this on the Device Support Website at
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com

If you still need assistance from Microsoft, go to

    https://support.xbox.com/en-In/contact-us

There click on the Xbox One icon, and under the virtual agent click on "Show other options".

Then choose "Warranty Service & Repair" under the Console & Accessories section.

Click on "Show Contact Options" to get several tiles at the bottom.

Depending on the time of day and times of operation of the support in India, you can then choose to chat with support or request a callback.

Depending on the time you go to that site, not all tiles for callback or chat might be available.

Did you register the device with your account on the website?

    Ford Pinto

Come on, who doesn't like taking the car that was *hit on and powering it up. I think it's a really great addition to the game, and Finally there is another car to drive besides the awful Spark in the lower classes. I shift, Spark sucks. Pinto is much more
iconic than the Spark also. (I've actually seen one on the road; the spark is not even released)
