XBOX ONE Power adapter

Bought Xbox One from USA, but the power adapter is not working in INDIA due to AC power Supply, whereas the supplied power adapter is for DC supply.

Tried contacting on toll free number but no assistance, same with the online support. Tried to do online chat where I was informed to contact the Microsoft store in the region.

Does anyone has alternative way to buy / replace the supplied adapter with one which can work in India

Xbox one - Bought in US, using in UK

I have bought an Xbox One in the US and I would like to use it in the UK.

The power supply in India is the same as the UK, only the mains plug is different so you would need a plug adapter, you could try amazon UK but only get official Microsoft power brick.

if memory serves, you need to get a specific adapter for the PC that will provide the power. The Xbox one connect to the proprietary plug that one into the back of the Xbox one, and you need an adapter for the Xbox one S but also included a power brick that would also powered on PC

Thanks for your reply. Another question: Will the power adapter provided with the "Kinect for Windows V2" work to connect "Kinect for Xbox One" to an Xbox One S, or is the power adapter itself different?

The best place would be to order from the Xbox repair website and have it shipped to you, to make sure you get the correct version (110v 60hz/220v 50hz) and plug for your country:

https://support.microsoft.com/devices and register your console via serial number and then "start a service order" and then select the option to get replacement power supply (power brick). If you're out of warranty (1 year since purchase) there may be a
charge.
