Xbox One Posts Getting Locked.

90 percent of these posts right now are just the same thing over and over again so that's why they're getting locked. It's easy for someone who's about to make a post to see everyone already saying what they're about to say.

If yoi read the fprum rules ypu would know why such posts are locked

Things that cant be resolved by forums like enforcement actions or billing issues or DDOS which ironically doesnt even affect xbox sincr it goes thru the internet not thru xbox protocols

Troll posts or its resolved but the person refuses the answer even if its correct no matter how many people tell them how to resolve it and they use uninformed info and just repeat it saying we are bots.

I understand completely to what your saying the issue is I broke no TOS I did not spew any hate or manner I asked a simple question if anyone had information and gave a brief statement as to why (all facts not slander just disappointment is paid service)
and it was very quickly silenced. had I slandered or gave fake/lies I would understand this. the point of any forum is for us and gamers/paid customers to talk and discuss issues good or bad, I have again just read the TOS and it says nothing that I said was
against it can one of you show me I could be missing it?

Sorry that don't apply to paying customers we have EVERY right to voice opinions and FYI Microsoft is not Private Business its publicly owned by shareholders so you might want to get your facts right.

Actually it does. You indeed have a right to voice your opinions, but Microsoft is under no obligation to host that opinion on their servers. Neither is Facebook, neither is Twitter, neither is any other social media outlet or company-hosted forum. A publicly-traded
business (one that sells stock, like Microsoft) is still a private business in the eyes of the law and of the Constitution.

While you didn't post anything that slandered or could be considered lies/fake etc... the advice you asked for can't be given by laymen like most community members here.

If someone gave you legal advice as a community member, and that advice would have put you at a disadvantage, Microsoft could be held responsible for what the user recommended you.

Or the user could simply be trolling you and knowingly give you false legal advice, just because.

Therefore, it makes no sense to discuss or ask for legal advice in a public forum. There are people around the world, where laws are different. For example in Germany, there is nothing similar to a "class action lawsuit".

So in order to prevent others from giving you incorrect legal advice that would be harmful to you, the thread was locked.

So it was not your "fault" the thread was locked, but it was to protect you from incorrect information that could lead to a disadvantage for you in a lawsuit.

If you really need legal advice regarding your controller, you should actually ask a real lawyer.
