Discus and support Xbox One post-ban issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; recently I was banned for 2 weeks from 6/8-6/22, just now got unbanned, I tried to join my friend's party, but says "Your privacy settings prevent chat...     Xbox One post-ban issue


    recently I was banned for 2 weeks from 6/8-6/22, just now got unbanned, I tried to join my friend's party, but says "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some people, I also tried to send a message to my friend and it still says "Because of your past
    behavior, you cant send messages" even after my temporary ban was over. My little brother is having the same trouble too, even though he wasn't even banned. I'm at a loss because as you look at my enforcement history, it says nothing about permanent ban of
    communications.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Hey there, smxw! If it's not a communication ban, then it's likely a console ban. Those cannot be viewed on the Enforcement site, so you will want to post up in the
    Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions forum. This is the only place that Enforcement will respond.

    You have made several posts about this in several different forums over the past week. You only need one thread per issue. Please do not post any more about this issue on the Support forums. Those threads will be deleted. Thanks for understanding!

    Why am i getting suspended for months old "looking for group" posts that have nothing against TOS in the description?

    Im having this same issue with a post ive posted on Modern Warfare looking for group, im on my 6th or 7th ban and there was nothing offensive or disrespectful in my post just stats and teamate requirements. Its two day bans that i cant appeal and they come one after another and at the same time. This is a waste of the money i pay for my xbox system and xbox live ultimate. This is ridiculous, shame on xbox enforcement for this huge error.

    If you post in the 'My console was banned' section, the enforcement team will get back to you there explaining why the ban was issued! (However, that is only if you
    have been permanently banned (till the 12/12/9999) If not, go to the 'My LIVE account was suspended' and they will also post there! However, only post in one of the sections,
    so if you have been banned, post in the banned section.

    If banned from Halo MP, best to post on waypoint / 343 forums. If banned from all online play, post in xbox support forums. No one here will be able to tell you what is going on.

    The enforcement team does not post in this forum. They only post in the suspensions/bannings forums in order to tell people why they have been suspended/banned. They only issues forced name changes if a name violates the code of conduct and even then they
    issue a randomly generated tag, not one of your own choosing.

    You will have to pay if you want to change something in your tag.
