Discus and support Xbox ONE possible console suspension in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi everyone! My Xbox One has possibly been suspended from Xbox Live (not banned).     Xbox ONE possible console suspension


    Hi everyone!

    My Xbox One has possibly been suspended from Xbox Live (not banned). I can still access my profile but I can't play online with ANY games and can't send messages (the messages don't bother me). Is there a way to check the expiry date on the console suspension?

    Thank you in advance!

    PS: I've already checked this site: Xbox Enforcement | Console Check but this is for the 360 only.

    Possible console ban/suspension

    Hello, today I ran into an issue on my Xbox One. It wouldn't let me play any multiplayer games, or any game online at all, and it wouldn't let me send messages, the message that pops up reads "Because of your past behaviour, you are unable to send messages."
    and with games replace "send messages" with "play multiplayer games online." I contacted Xbox Support and even though many ideas nothing worked, even trying a new account. Since the new account didn't work and I could send messages on the Xbox website, it
    lead to the idea that it was a console ban. If it is a console ban, then I wouldn't know why it's in place at all, I wasn't notified of that happening through a message or an email at all, so I don't know what could be causing this issues. If anyone can help
    with this that would be great, thank you.

    Thank you very much for the answer. I'm not interested in account suspensions, I'm trying to find out if my console is suspended and if so, how can I go about finding it out. And I live in Sweden.

    It's very possible that you received a console suspension on top of your original suspension. If that's the case you'll wanna check your your e-mail for communication on console suspensions.
