I paid $18.90 for a used copy (but its condition was as if it just got opened from a new sealed one) of Alien Isolation.

Alien Isolation was clearly made with a lot of love and attention to the movie's source material. Everything is top notch in this game

This game (Alien Isolation) is supposed to be scary, but that fear got very quickly replaced by annoyance due to getting killed by the Xenomorph one million times.

You're weapons are an absolute joke in this game as they are incapable of killing " 1 " Alien.

It was at this point that I learned that " Alien Isolation " is the video game version of " Alien ".

" Aliens Colonial Marines " is the video game version of " Aliens ".

I am really glad that I didn't spend $66.00 on Alien Isolation.

It took me 17 attempts on my 3rd playthrough to get past a section of the game that took me 6 hours to complete on the first time that I got to it.

My experience with Alien Isolation wasn't a total lost because I really like how much environmental detail there is in the game

Aliens Colonial Marines is my favorite game in the series

thanks fo the sincere response, I understand what your saying, I guess my hang-up comes along when I'm told, not that I won't be receiveing my refund, but that is impossible for anyone to recieve a refund for any digital content. Now I don't know about you
guys but I have spent hundreds in the marketplace, sometimes on things as ridiculous as helix credits. And the only qualm I've ever had, is with the quote unquote "best game of 2015" all I'm saying is that MS Needs to adjust there policy to allow for refund
under certain predetermined circumstances. Other wise they run the risk of making customers feel jaded, and ripped off, just as I do now.

Your right I wasn't made aware of the lack of split-screen before I purchased it, it's not like that info was in the games trailer or the beta test. I don't have time to track video game news for every game I enjoy, that would be ridiculous, in reality I
truly never believed that the halo franchise would completely eliminate the option for split screen. And I'm *** of that they did.

I Respect your thoughts, and grant that what you say isn't wrong.

However a split screen option doesn't mean you have to split your screen, only that you can if you so choose. You don't play split-screen to have the best gaming experience, you do it so that you and your loved ones can enjoy the game together. Would it
have killed them to al least make an option? I can't play the new Halo with my girl, and that's a really bummer.

I truly wish it where that simple, but as I already said, this was a digital copy, so I'm stuck with it.

 

I got and enjoy Halo 5, as well as my console and other games.

 

@Bamboozle, your forgetting above everyone else who is playing the game, there are very players who play MP and want to loose, having split screens on your team increases that 10 fold (if not more), having split screeners on the other team generally means
cannon fodder and an easy win.

So the result is spoiling the fun for other people as the teams and massively unbalanced. (i know there are exceptions but not many, and alot of time 1 split screaner will be OK as its their console and game, but the other is rubbish)

Hopefully your girlfriends is worth the investment and buy her an xbox one, buy games digitally and everyones happy, plus both your gaming experiences are increased as you no longer have to setting for split screen.

While I understand and sympathies your situation, I don't have a problem with no development time going into it, and it does take time to develop.

 

So you don't have time to type " Does Halo 5 have splitscreen multiplayer" in Google but you had time to make several posts in this thread? You had the time, you just assumed and were wrong and want to blame everyone else.

I Completely understand where you are coming from.

All I'm saying is this, the only real reason I bought this game was to play with my girl. And I can't even play a private match in forge mode with her? What kind of crap is that? I can't afford to buy another console, televisions, and copy of this game.
Just to do so. And I shouldn't have to.

 

Ive never had a problem returning merchandise ever no matter the reason or condition. Just because you are in the crooked video game industry DOES NOT give you a free pass. I cant believe people are defending this crap.

To be honest this interests me, this is how I feel and I want to know what other have to say.

To answer your other question if I may be so bold as to call it such. Your right I didn't find the time to Google whether or not Halo 5 had split-screen multiplayer, until after I had already purchased the game. I just couldn't believe that such a crucial
element would be completely removed. I thought for sure I would be able to split my screen once I got live back. So I used the free trial that came with the game. To my surprise I was wrong. Warzone was ok. When I tried to play coop with a real person. I couldn't
it was just the freaking AI just like the regular Campaign. What the hell is fun about that?

My sentiments exactly. As a massive corporate entity making billions of our hard earned dollars MS Needs to be held more accountable, not less.
