Xbox One PLUS7 App Crashes

Hi,

About a month or two ago the PLUS7 App on Xbox One started crashing whenever I click "Browse TV Shows". I can still get to the shows when I search but it is frustrating that I can't use the Browse function. Also, since day one, I haven't been able to pin
PLUS7 TV shows - it works on the tenplay app, but pinning seems to do nothing on the PLUS7 App.

I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, but that didn't work. I think its because the actual content isn't being deleted off the xbox as it still comes up in my apps and says ready to install. I've also tried turning instant on mode off which
also didn't work. I sent feedback through the PLUS7 website and requested to be contacted but I haven't been contacted back yet.

Does anyone else have this problem or know of a way to fix it?

where is the plus 7 app?

trying to find the plus7 app, a Google search for plus7 and Xbox one links to Xbox showing it should be available but I am unable to find it. Had it been scraped?

Same problem here, still no idea when there'll be a fix.

Alot of problems like this can be fixed on the 360 by "clearing the cache". I dont own an xb1 so not sure if it is even an option but something worth looking into.

thanks, I was going to try and delete saved game data (closest thing I could find) but it is now working

Same problem here, still no idea when there'll be a fix.

Hey there!

I did a search for the "Plus7" app on a console here and I was able to locate the app. Are you checking on a computer or on your console? If you haven't yet, please try searching your console for "Plus7" and see if you're able to locate it that way.

Let us know if there's an issue with the download or if you're still have other issues.

I just tried to get onto the ten app & I got the server is not available. I've tried everything to get onto the plus7 app but it's clear that Australia just gets inferior apps that might as well not be there. I got in touch with Xbox support yesterday &
did everything that they told me to do but still doesn't work. It worked for all of 2days & no Blacklist or Marvel so I'm guessing I'm not missing much anyway
