    Xbox One Playback Issues


    Been watching youtube and video just glitches (shows a distorted still of the video) for a minute before going back to normal. On Vudu, a solid green screen took the place of the movie i was supposed to be
    watching. Both 4k and HD video is affected. My device is an Xbox One X.

    My xbox was working perfectly fine a few days go. On the 19th (a day after the most recent update) is when the issues started. I have reason to believe the issues and the new update are connected.

    FYI I do not take part in the beta updates of the Insider Club program. It's not the TV. It's not just youtube (game trailers that automatically play on a games store's page flicker green, xbox one x startul
    video also corrupted)

    Xbox One S - DVD & Blu-ray audio out of sync - DVD audio/video sync worse

    UPDATE: Xbox One S returned. No solution for audio sync issue on DVD/Blu-ray playback.

    After scouring the internet I cannot find a solution. The Xbox Support seems to be correct. There was an issue with the Xbox One S where the audio was not in sync with the video on DVD and Blu-ray playback. I returned the Xbox One S.

    Hopefully few other experience the issue.

    Does it happen during games as well? It could be a HDCP issue with the cable. You can try swapping HDMI cables to see if it still happens.

    Hasn't happened with the games. Just tried switching HDMI cables and ports but the issue is still present.
