    Xbox One Play and Charge Kit Battery


    Hello,

    I'm trying to look for what the warranty is on the battery, I bought this from Amazon on May 5th. I do not use the controller actively everyday, but I do leave it charging through my PC. Yesterday when I tried using it, it kept disconnecting from me wirelessly,
    I opened the Xbox Game Bar and it said my battery was critical. This only had about 10 mins of usage after it was unplugged from the USB cable.

    There was another post saying I had to register this Play and Charge Kit battery in order to see the warranty or create a case for it. But when I try registering it to my account it gives me an error saying it's not valid.

    Can someone help?
