Xbox One - Plants vs Zombies

We bought Xbox One with Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare. We used the Gold Membership's code for 14 days, but only we want to play the system has an error -
Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live functionality. How can correct this?

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 1 - Xbox 360 to Xbox One

Plants vs. Zombies is backwards compatible, but Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is not. You would have to purchase the One version if you want to play it on the One.

Sorry to hear it. However a Gold trial membership only offers some access to Gold features. In order to get full access you would need to purchase a full Gold membership for your gamertag

 

Thanks a lot for answer. BUT, we bought now the Gold membership for a month, but the problem is not solved. The system writes - Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live functionality. Any decision?

 

i bought the game pvz and sometimes it does good but most of the time the game would just stop workingb right in middle of the game
