Xbox One Pixel Issue ?

Need help with this issue I am still under warranty but curious to why this happen's. I changed TV's as well as HDMI cords with no luck? Its goes away after like 2 hard reset's? I Mean kinda upsets me for the price we all paid.

I generally would say clear the cache, but this could be a faulty cable, or anything really its better if they walk you through their progression than just taking wild guesses and throwing money at the problem.

Hey everyone,

Probably about a month ago my Xbox starting showing some weird pixels mainly when playing games that are stored on the hard drive. It usually looks something like this.



anyone know a way to fix that? The picture is of a cut scene from child of light. It looked like that during the cut scene, but it's fine while playing the game.

Looks like a faulty gpu to me. Just one thing to check before calling technical support. Try doing a graphic settings reset. When your One is off, hold the powerbutton and the eject button simultaneously until the boot beep. Don't be surprised, the grafics
will look terrible then, as they are resetted to 480p. Reconfigure your grafic settings and then check the result. If the output is still with all the pixel errors call the technical support to have your One replaced and point them to the video for evidence.

k so now with the issue I had xbox about 1 week and still continues but MS said no issue was found but
hopefully i gt a replacement
