Xbox one pings really high .. not matching internet ping

Discus and support Xbox one pings really high .. not matching internet ping in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I dont know how to fix this problem. My Download and upload speeds are great..     I dont know how to fix this problem. My Download and upload speeds are great.. (Download is 83 mgs .. Upload is 5.75... but my ping/ latency is 96ms! for xbox one) and when i do the test through speedtest.net or my brighthouse internet speed test im getting
    the same for download and upload.. but my ping is 10 - 25.. why isnt my ping matching through xbox one? I would like it to ATLEAST be 50 or below.. it doesnt make any since.. and i feel like i have a disadvantage playing games.

    Broadcasting Through the Twitch App Makes Games Unplayable

    Your internet sucks to try and broadcast. And your ping is really high.

    Tested Xbox in but looses the Xbox live when I start a game

    Your internet might indeed be the problem. 337ms ping is pretty awful. Any ping higher than 150ms is not good.

    im directly connected to the modem, switched ethernet cables... everything.. so nothing to do with that.

    The ping on the Xbox One network tab does not represent your actual ping contacting the game server. The ping on the Xbox One is most likely trying to ping the Xbox servers in Washington

    Would my experience be better if i had the same speeds but if i lived farther north? Because I live in florida.. Or are you saying its not going to make a difference?

    It doesn't make a difference as in game you will connect to the nearest server, it's just the network tab pings the server in washington.

    And even though you're connected directly to your modem it could still be that you have a moderate or strict nat and that it would need portforwarding. So could you check that ? If you're having trouble playing online.

    My ping in xbox one 210 m/s bf4 EU server 90 - 120 m/s in my PC ping 30 . which is the difference?
