Xbox one picture grainy/pixelated when moving

it like has a weird out line around stuff too it makes it look bad

I remember at one point all you had to do to get a free PS3 was sign up for a mobile phone contract. Me I bought mine and never even watched a Blue Ray. Only movies I did watch on it were from Love Film.

Has Blue Ray really even caught on even though it won over HD DVD? I know I was a late buyer of DVD's as I loved the grainy look of VHS over pixels on DVD. Then eventually had to go to DVD and got used to the pixels, only for Blue Ray to then arrive.

I actually hate Hi Def movies though. I don't want the picture so clear that its like I'm stood there with the actors. I want the grainy look you get with the picture house or VHS.

OK, I talked with Xbox customer support, and it seems that the signal is sent like a GIF, in that it is grainy at first, and then refined, so that if the bandwidth is low, there will only be the grainy picture.

Sadly im at work till 5pm(Uk) so will try when i get home,any chance someone from microsoft support can shed some light on this too so i have options when i get home?

Yup, changing to HDMI did NOT fix the issue. Still dim upon turning on the X1 the next day...
