Xbox one permanent suspenion Account theft/ Solicitation

This is all the information I was given. I will try xbox support also and see if they can assist. I haven't really gotten anywhere on the enforcement page. just clicked on the case review and they directed me to check activity and changing password.

Account Theft/Phishing/Solicitation

Start date:June 6, 2021, 4:43:29 PM

End date: Permanent

Enforcement impact:This account cannot sign in to Xbox Live from any device.

Enforcement details:This account participated in account theft, phishing, or solicitation. This may include the purchase, theft, or unauthorized use of an account, attempting to acquire personal information from other players, attempting to violate the Code of Conduct in exchange for money or other services, or commercial use of Xbox Live.

It would basically depend on what the enforcement team determines and how severe the message is and what part of the code of conduct it violates. Basically you're right about if it's a message concerning marketplace theft, etc. it would be an account ban.
A message with bad language is mainly going to be a communication suspension.

You can receive a permanent communication bad. Account/communication suspensions generally start at 24 hours to 2 weeks depending on how many suspenions you receive. Multiple suspensions will then turn into a permanent ban.

Please do not contact phone support as they will only redirect you straight back to the forums for this issue. If you would like a further clarification from the e-mail that you received you will need to make a post in the user forum #14 as LiaDark666 suggested,
