Xbox One Performance Issues

Hi guys. I'm just wondering can games run smoother on some xbox ones than others? My friend has an Xbox one also and I've noticed I get a lot more frame rate issues than him...Or at least that's exactly what they look like. I've also had this same issue
on 360. I've even had to sell games on xbox one because it was that bad. For example: My friend and I decided to get Borderlands: The Handsome Collection on Xbox one. His copy ran fine, whereas mine was choppy, constant fps drops. Same thing with The Elder
Scrolls Online. Same thing with GTA V. I can't begin to explain how frustrating it is and how much it completely destroys the immersiveness of the games I play. If anyone knows an answer to my problems, Please come forward.

Not sure if this is the reason some folks are experiencing issues but just read this on IGN.

I would restore it to factory and see if that helps. Also make sure the Xbox is up to date.

These are framerate drops, this is normal. If a game is at a locked 60frames per second like Forza 5 it looks smooth as butter, but games like cod framerate will drop in certain spots causing the framerate to go from 60 fps to 45 fps, and this will look
like jittery and not smooth like a 100% locked 60fps games. Ryse is a 30 fps game, so when it dips below 30 fps its much more noticeable then if a 60fps game were to lose framerate.

Nothing you can really do other then hope developers will optimize future games better. AC Unity runs at 17 fps 25 fps and rarely hits 30 fps, it runs like utter crud on PS4 and on XBOX ONE.

One interesting thing i have noticed, is that in Black Ops 4, when i play on a game mode without a HUD it doesnt seem to lag, and my fps is solid!

Any ideas what that could mean?
