Xbox One performance, and Enforcement team.

Xbox one has some serious issues, first off id like to say im a long time advocate and supporter of xbox live, and ive never been banned or anything until i started using the xbox one. i dont like the service anymore, ive had a month of my gold wasted because
the enforcement team is taking action without cause, and its unfair. also, the xbox itself has too many glitches and technical issues and it makes it hard to play. if i could do it over, i would buy the playstation 4 as they have better customer help, and
their rules and guidelines and the people who enforce them are much fairer. since ive had my one in 2 months, ive been comms banned twice the second time forsure without reason. im tired of being a pawn to xbox and treated like garbage. they rip you off and
then steal back the service, i would suggest not bying this item as it is not a great console and needs a lot of work. thanks

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

In some aspecs, 'the grass is greener on the other side.' In your case perhaps even greener.

I own both and would not communicate, party chat nor answer pm via either xbl or psn.

Translated to: The Xbox One made me do it and as a result of being banned my console now has glitches and technical issues. So if your going to get banned, get a PS4.

I couldn't agree more. Think of it as a prison colony for Xbox Live rejects.

unfortunately the appeal you performed unsuccessfully was the only way you could contact the enforcement team.

You cannot appeal the ban again and there is absolutely no way you can talk with the enforcement team, Theres also no one who can help you on the forums and the customer support team cannot help with bans either.
