    Xbox one pdp controller


    I just bought a pdp xbox one wired controller. My xbox doesnt seem to pick it up. Ive tried holding down on the dpad but the lights dont turn red the immediately go white and the controller doesnt vibrate. What can i do to fix this?

    Have you tried connecting the controller to the PC too, to see if it is identified?

    This control has no other procedure to connect to the console, it works in a plug and play way, just connect and work.

    If it really doesn't work on either the console or the PC, it means there is something wrong with the controller. In this case, it would be ideal to take the control to the store where you bought it and carry out an analysis

    PDP Xbox afterglow wired controller problem

    the pdp controllers are fully compatible with pc so that would not have broken it, if it fails to detect on xbox then you may want to contact pdp support. you also cannot update the pdp controllers via xbox.
