Xbox One Paysafe Refund?

Hello.

Around 2 weeks ago, I refunded Minecraft Dungeons for Xbox One because I accidentally bought it instead of the Windows 10 version. The refund got accepted, but I still haven't got my money back. I paid with a Paysafecard, so I'm not sure if I ever get the money back. (I don't own a credit card nor a paypal account.)

Hello There ! Normally the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

In case you didn't receive your money back within that time, please contact our live support Contact us | Xbox Support.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

Hello again.

I just thought of something. Do I need to have a payment method set in my account settings in order to get the money back?
(I was expecting the money to arrive to the paysafecard I bought it with.)

I checked the transactions and the only recent transactions that are listed here is the Xbox Live Gold subscription, an addon for a game which was paid from a Paysafe card not Google Play currency, and an app that was paid yet again from a Paysafe card
