    Xbox One Party Only Disconnects with Certain Person


    Hello,

    I am just wondering how I could fix this problem I’ve been having for the past couple of months. Normally I can join in parties normally whenever but whenever this certain friend joins the party either I or him get disconnected from the party chat. It is
    almost as if our internet just hates each other. We’ve been playing together for years but now we cant even be in the same party as each other.

    Xbox connection issues HELP!!!

    Why do I only disconnect from an xbox live party when a certain person joins my party? It also causes whatever game I'm playing to lag and sometimes disconnect. Really frustrating. We both have open NAT types. Otherwise connection is flawless. Even have gone into my router settings and opened all necessary ports. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Some Friends disconnect when im using Windows 10 Xbox app

    Hey ,

    Is it just you and your friend, who keeps disconnecting, in the party or are there other people? Resetting the app could alleviate the problem, they could try restarting their Xbox or inviting you to a party and that might solve the issue as they would then
    be the host.
    Sorry let me rephrase that, the person who disconnects is on xbox not me. Eg all four people in an xbox party we have no issues, I go on the companion app on PC this person in the xbox party and only this person disconnects after about 10 mins everytime.

    Well it's only that certain time of day since tuesday, that i even get disconnected from parties constantly as well, i will try clearing my cache and redownloading profile and let you know. Thanks for the advice:)

    For the Mic issue. It may not be your problem, Certain people have connection issues that are disconnecting the chat with your party overtime they join your party. You must leave the party and then invite them to your party and make sure that you are party
    leader and that the connection is good before inviting the other members of the party. Close the party and if they still can't hear you ask them to unplug the mic holder from the controller and unplug the wire from the xbox. if the wire is not plugged into
    the xbox then they need to install their controller and their headset to the xbox one.
