OK clearly that isn't the case of what I was thinking, This is a very strange error.

OK this might be a port issue with the router then possiably blocking full connection?.

This get a bit technical and is sounding very odd for it to do it on the console but the app is working fine, If the port side doesn't fix the issue I suggest contacting support over this.

Press xbox one > See other options when the virtual assistant appears > Under xbox and accessories Press check error messages & codes > Show contact options > Chat with xbox support/gamer.

And i have cleared the mac address as well. I havent done a factory reset on the router yet i hoping to avoid that

Yup i tried that and then when i went back to clubs and tried to look at posts it still says i need to change my privacy setting to everybody even though thats what they already are. So i select everybody and i get the message theres a temporary problem
with this service please try again. And still i cant join parties it just keeps showing connecting
