    Party Chat Not Working

    Hey all,

    Just signed up as I got my xbox one today. Loving it so far.

    However has anyone figured Party chat yet? I can start a party and join the chat, but no one else in that party can.

    additionally if i join a party I'm unable to join the chat and get the message "Party chat cannot be started at this time"

    Any Ideas?

    its got me absolutely stumped

    Xbox One Party Chat

    Try starting a party by yourself first. Check to make sure the little green circle lights up when you speak. If it does, you should be good to invite people or join parties.

    If not, do a hard reset. Hold the power button down until the console shuts off. Give it about a minute before turning it back on. Then go through the steps I listed above again.

    I dont want to use party chat/the Xbox one headset. Even if I did when were in a xbox one party we cant hear each other in that even with party chat "turned on"

    I'm getting this exact issue. Why does the XBOX One Party chat suffer so many issues? It's amazing how on the XBOX 360 there wasn't this many problems with the party chat. Now with the XBOX One it's been nothing but issues with the Party chat since the
    system was released.

    My NAT = OPEN

    0X89231806 your network settings are blocking party chat.

    I'm also tired of Microsoft constantly suggesting to do a hard reset on the system. It seems to be their answer to everything. Have a problem? Hard reset your system.

    PLEASE FIX THE PARTY CHAT SYSTEM
