Xbox One Party Chat - Random Disruption.

I have an Open Nat type, and never had an issue before. But randomly been kicked out of party, and other party chats. The Party chat will crash, and I can't connect to a party, or even start one. Error code 0x89231027 . First time I've had this issue.

Yeah....I'm usually in party chat too, talking about something random.

I was in a party and all of a sudden my friends stopped talking and I got disconnected I tried reseting everything it still didn't work

A service alert means that many members are affected by this temporary issue. Don't worry it will be solved soon.

Almost 6 hours in and still an issue, it will be bed time before this is fixed and a day of no connection on my day off..... Smh....

 

how many times are party chat and social related things going to stop working?

 

It is ridiculous this happening again, 2nd night in a row and all they keep saying is "be patient".

It shouldn't be happening full stop.

Live is absolutely shocking on X1 compared to what it was on 360.

 

Here it is again another night of random disconnects and not being able to party chat with friends. Man, two nights in a row is killer.... Especially on the weekend for those of us who work...

 

lol M3tal Daz3 called it a "temporary issue". It's not temporary if its a consistent problem for this long. I've been on xb1 for a little over a year. Connection problems happened on 360, but it was nothing compared to xb1. For the past year, problems have
occurred literally every other day on average. Not many of us can play 24/7. If there are limited opportunities to play and connection is down each time, players are effectively blocked for days at a time. It would be one thing if these kinds of disruptions
happen once a year. It's an entirely different issue when its happened more than 10 times over the past 5 months alone. This is far from temporary if we can COUNT on service being down every single weekend. Policies need to be changed and service users need
to be compensated. We waste time and money on xbl thinking we can sit, play, and relax when we choose. Since we have to pay for this ridiculous gold status, we should be given a day extension for every date the service drops. Even if it's only down for 2 hours
on that date. Those 2 hours are the only 2 hours for many many users.
