Xbox one party chat problem, please help

Recently I have had a problem with my chat, I can hear my friends crystal clear but I can't speak, I have 3 different miss, 2 controllers and an replaced xboxone, all updated, so I don't think it's the hardware,when I speak the colored circle that is supposed
to get bigger when you speak stays the same size, and my friends can hear me.

i have seen many fixes on you tube such as nat type and energy saving mode, but none of them have worked. I'm starting to feel like its something to do with my settings and I am just the unlucky one with the wrong combo of settings. If anyone could help

i have also spoken to a Microsoft employee and we managed to fix the glitch by assigning an unassigned controller to my account, once I turned the Xbox off, the glitch came back.

anyway to patch xbox live party chat for xbox 360-xbox one and vice versa?

Is there any way to fix this problem on the one with the party chat drop out please help if you know

I have had issues lately too only I can't hear my friends but they can hear me, it fades in and out but mostly out, sometimes when I start a game in Destiny I can hear them in orbit but then I can't hear them ingame, I have tried many things, let me know

I tested with Skype, using the info in the thread I copied here and found out my headset has a wire problem. Don't know if it's your issue though.

I'm getting this exact issue. Why does the XBOX One Party chat suffer so many issues? It's amazing how on the XBOX 360 there wasn't this many problems with the party chat. Now with the XBOX One it's been nothing but issues with the Party chat since the
system was released.

I'm also tired of Microsoft constantly suggesting to do a hard reset on the system. It seems to be their answer to everything. Have a problem? Hard reset your system.

Hi. It's not depend on the headphone. I hear that on tv as well , I hear that in offline game too. Party chat is oke, the games sounds the problem.
